Our Story
It all started with a craving — the kind only a true Surti egg dish can satisfy.
Growing up around the buzzing street food stalls of Surat, we were raised on the bold flavours, late-night bites, and endless egg innovations that define Surti food culture. When we moved to London, we realised something was missing — the soul, spice, and simplicity of our favourite egg dishes.
That’s when Sunny Side Surat was born.
Our dream was simple: bring the taste of Surat’s iconic egg street food to London, and share it with a new generation of food lovers. From the fiery Bullet Fry to the comforting Ghotalo and fusion creations made for gym-goers and families alike, our menu is a tribute to the flavours that raised us — with a London twist.
We set up outside Khan's Biryani in Harrow Weald, turning a small idea into a full-flavoured experience. Today, Sunny Side Surat is more than a food spot — it’s our way of keeping tradition alive while celebrating creativity, culture, and community.
